Terms of Service for TheCarolReport.com
Last Updated: May 05, 2025
Welcome to TheCarolReport.com — a site where I share tutorials, tools, and tips about using AI and automation to make your digital life easier.
By using this website, you’re agreeing to the terms below. Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree, that’s totally fine — just don’t use the site.
1. Who Runs This Site
This site is operated by me (hi!), the sole creator of all the content you see here. Everything you read, watch, or download is made by me unless clearly stated otherwise.
2. Affiliate Links and Recommendations
Some of the links on this site are affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission if you click through and sign up or make a purchase — including free trials. I only recommend products or services I personally use or believe in, but please do your own research before buying anything.
3. Digital Products (Now and Later)
Right now, I offer some free digital downloads via Gumroad. In the future, I may offer paid digital products — if that happens, the terms for those will be made clear at checkout.
4. No Accounts, No Memberships
There are no logins, memberships, or paid subscriptions on this site — everything here is publicly accessible. If that changes, I’ll update these terms.
5. Respect the Content
You’re welcome to read, learn from, and share links to my content — just don’t copy, scrape, or republish it without permission. I put a lot of work into this, and I’d appreciate it if you respected that.
6. Use at Your Own Risk
TheCarolReport.com provides educational content only. I share ideas and walkthroughs for tools and platforms, but I can’t guarantee your results. I’m not liable for anything that happens if you follow one of my tutorials and it goes sideways — including data loss, account bans, failed automations, or angry robots.
Always test things on your own and follow each software platform’s official terms and best practices.
7. No Guarantees
I do my best to keep my content accurate and up to date, but I make no guarantees about completeness, reliability, or currentness. Things change fast in the AI and tech world!
8. Future Email Lists
Eventually, I may collect email addresses for a newsletter or product updates. When that happens, I’ll update my Privacy Policy with the details.
9. Where Legal Stuff Happens
This site is based in New Hampshire, USA. If there’s ever a legal dispute, it will be handled under New Hampshire law. I may choose to require arbitration instead of going to court — at my discretion.
